Account & data deletion

This page is the web resource for requesting deletion of a Lift Panama passenger account and associated app data, including accounts created through the Lift Panama Android app.

What will be deleted

After identity verification, Lift Panama will process deletion of the passenger account and personal app-profile data associated with it. If the same verified phone has a Driver profile, that profile will be included in the review.

Data we may retain

Certain reservation, transaction, fraud-prevention, safety, tax, accounting or legal records may need to be retained where required or permitted by law. Any retained records do not keep your passenger account active.

Enter at least one: email or phone number. Include the country code for phone requests.

If you can still access the Passenger PWA, you can also sign in and use Menu → Delete account. Android users can use My Account → Delete account.
